About Us
Global Operations and Development (GO&D) began when founders John and Juliana Ditty traveled to Eastern Europe to adopt two of their children. They were so impacted by the desperation of children in orphanages, and the need for food and basic necessities that, upon returning to Southern California, they were compelled to help.
Determined to make a difference in the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of children, GO&D was born in 1993.
